Recent Advances in Radar Technology | 2015-09-15 | Microwave Journal
We have discussed recent advances in radars from UHF up to millimeter
wave and from industrial process monitoring to exploring the solar
system. The major trend in high performance radar is the AESA and
multiple imaging modes. While many areas of radar technology have
matured in the last half century, reflected in reduced SWAP and cost,
new technology and algorithms continue to enable new performance levels
in existing applications and the emergence of new applications.
