GasBuddy Releases 2015 Fuel Price Outlook - Gasbuddy Gas Prices
GasBuddy today released its 2015 forecast
for gasoline and diesel prices to help its users plan for the year
ahead, and to understand factors that will be fueling price changes in
2015.
The Fuel Price Outlook, the fourth year GasBuddy has created such a forecast, calls for a yearly national average of $2.64/gallon, a far cry from 2014's yearly national average of $3.34/gallon. In addition to a lower national average, GasBuddy's forecast sees just one month in which the national average may breach $3/gal: May, while January will likely see the lowest monthly average of the year.
